3 dashes Angostura bitters
2 oz whiskey – Rye or Bourbon
cocktail cherry (Fabbri Amarena or Luxardo)

2. Stir and Sip. Add one large, preferably Death Star-shaped ice cube, or three to four smaller cubes. Stir until chilled and diluted. Peel a sliver of orange peel (weird how peel is both a verb and a noun), hover the peel over a lit match or lighter for a few seconds, until it turns a little brown. Run the peel around the rim, and drop it in the glass.
Conclusion:
Cheers, Cin Cin, 乾杯 (Kanpai), Prost, Salud, Salute, Salud, Skál, and Sláinte (sometimes pronounced “cilantro” when inebriated, but that’s another story).
